Refund policy
Refunds and Returns: All products are unique and produced per order. If you have ordered the wrong size, color or simply do not like the product, refunds and exchanges are not supported.
If there is a product error (ie: printing quality or wrong item sent) please contact us at info@kymbiebakingsupply.com so that a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package can be arranged. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will process the discrepancy and correct the matter on case by case basis.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
